High in protein with cottage cheese and high in fiber with old fashioned rolled oats these easy pancakes are a Tiktok favorite. Pour in a skillet or on a griddle and these Oatmeal Pancakes with Cottage Cheese make a filling breakfast.

Ingredients Needed And Substitutions:

  • Cottage Cheese – full fat will give full flavor as an ingredient mixing with oats.
  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats – give a hearty flavor and structure to the pancakes – avoid quick oats is possible.
  • Eggs – we use regular large white eggs.
  • Baking Powder – this comes in a round can and is different than baking soda in a box.
  • Vanilla Extract – enhances all of the flavors.
Ingredients to make oatmeal cottage cheese pancake are cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and oatmeal on a brown counter top.

Step By Step Instructions

Measure all ingredients into a blender or blender cup. Secure the lid or blades.

Turn on until well blended.

I do not preheat the skillet, but I do coat with non-stick spray or use a pat of butter to grease the pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Set a skillet on the stove on medium heat with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter in circles.
  • Once batter just begins to bubble up all the way across flip. The second side will cook faster than the first side. Serve warm and enjoy.
