Growing kids means we need several healthy snack options. This easy peanut butter and yogurt fruit dip is a great easy snack for kids.
My nine-year-old son was the first one of us to make this recipe. He got the recipe from his first year 4-H cooking book. We have adapted it to fit our family’s preferences, but we love the ingredients, we typically have them on hand and it’s such an EASY recipe.
Peanut Butter and Yogurt Dip
This is a great food to bring along to parties and share with friends. We have used a variety of fruit, but apples, strawberries, and bananas seem to be our favorites. If there’s extra dip we add it to a smoothie so that we don’t waste any food. We like making this fruit dip because we typically have both peanut butter and yogurt on hand.

My son really likes the orange juice concentrate, so he uses more of that. We like how the yogurt makes the peanut butter creamier and easier to dip. We’ve made this recipe several times and we like to make enough to snack on for a couple days. The yogurt makes the dip lighter and the peanut butter gives it a richer taste.

Easy Peanut Butter & Yogurt Fruit Dip

- 1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Stir all ingredients together and serve with fruit of your choice!
