My nine-year-old son was the first one of us to make this high protein dip recipe.  He got the recipe from his first year 4-H cooking book.  We’ve made this recipe several times and we like to make enough to snack on for a couple days.  The yogurt makes the dip lighter and the peanut butter gives it a richer taste.

Recipes Tips and Tricks

  • Store extra dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
  • My son really likes the orange juice concentrate, so he uses more of that.
  • The parents like how the yogurt makes the peanut butter creamier and easier to dip.
  • PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter can also be used to make this dip. The moisture from the yogurt is helpful in making the powder back into peanut butter.
