This creamy bagel dip is a perfect appetizer for parties and can be mixed up in 5 minutes with 3 easy ingredients!

Easy Creamy Old English Bagel Dip

Cream cheese, a tub of onion and chive flavored cream cheese and 2 small jars of Kraft Old English Cheese make a deliciously creamy, cheesy dip with hints of onion which is perfect for dipping soft bagels or chips into! Served chilled and this is an easy dip recipe that satisfies!

Dips are perfect for grazing and we love that bagel dip makes a unique snack. Bagels are so hearty and only a few pieces are very filling. Our guests have even been known to dip a chip or two in this 3 ingredient cheese dip. Simple appetizer recipes make entertaining so much easier!

Our Pizza Dip is also filled with cheese, but it is served warm. A few other creamy dips that taste great at a party are warm Crock Pot Sausage Dip or Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Bagel Cheese Dip Recipe

This bagel cheese dip can be prepared ahead of time, poured into a pretty dish and stored in the refrigerator.

The bagels can be cut up to make 8 pie-shaped pieces and stored in a big baggie or self sealing bag. Having all of the preparation and clean-up done before the party is a huge time-saver!

I typically think of dipping bread in an oil dip, but this cheesy bagel dip is a great idea to add variety to the menu.

Chilled fruit dips that are always popular are Cinnamon Fruit Dip and Cheesecake Fruit Dip. This bagel dip is unique and will certainly offer variety to the snack or appetizer table at a potluck.

Ingredients Needed to Make Bagel Dip

  • Cream Cheese
  • Kraft Old English Cheese which is a stirrable, spreadable processed cheese in a shelf-stable glass jar
  • Tub of chive and onion flavored cream cheese

Recipe Tips

  • Store in the refrigerator for 5 – 7 days
  • Soften block of regular cream cheese for at least 45 – 60 minutes on the counter before mixing into other ingredients to avoid lumps and make a smooth and creamy dip
  • Tastes great with bagel chunks, chips or other carbs that are great for dipping

How To Make Bagel Dip

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl beat the 8 ounces bar of cream cheese.
  2. Stir in chive and onion cream cheese and Old English cheese.
  3. Spread onto whole bagels or cut bages into eighths or wedge shaped pieces that are perfect for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 7.5 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
  • 10 ounces Kraft Old English Cheese 2 jars
  • 6 bagels

Instructions
 

  • Combine all cheese ingredients.
  • Spread on bagels or cut bagels into pieces to dip.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
