This recipe is absolutely delicious!!! Just made 2 loaves (and LOVE that the recipe makes 2) and it’s full of flavor and tastes like Fall! Instead of the 2/3 cups water I used apple cider. I especially like the short, concise wording!!! So many recipes use many more words than needed and I end up rewriting them – this was not the case with your recipe! Loved the pumpkin bread and love your site!

What is cook time for the smaller individual loaf pans as gifts?

Hey There – I’m not sure what size of individual loaf pans you are planning to use, but I would check them at 30 minutes and then adjust baking time from there. I hope they turn out well!
