The perfect parts cheesy and creamy with a hint of green pepper and mini pepperonis which are hidden like gems this White Pizza Dip is delicious!

Our family enjoys this warm pepperoni pizza dip with tortillas or crackers for a light snack, as an appetizer or for fun food when having friends over.

Pizza Dip with Mini Pepperonis

Plenty of mozzarella cheese is mixed with ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings to create a surprisingly pizza flavored dip.  The cheese pull is absolutely amazing in this dip!

We have a Quick Pizza Dip with layers, including red sauce and now we have this wonderful pepperoni dip made without sauce or a crust.  The extra creaminess of this easy recipe makes it so memorable. For a saucier dip try our Pizza Fondue.

Just like our Cream Puff Cake and Oreo Dirt Cake this recipe was a winner in the 4-H Dairy Foods Contest back in the 90s.

There are a variety of pizza dip recipes.  This white pizza dip is made without soup mix, sour cream or cream cheese.

White pizza dip with tortilla chips and mini pepperoni

My kiddos swear mini pepperoni is far superior to regular pepperoni.  We use mini pepperonis on a Simple Charcuterie Board, Farmhouse Stromboli, and Sausage Bubble Up Pizza Casserole.

Larger pieces of pepperoni can be chopped up if mini pepperoni isn’t available.  This recipe just offers a hint of pepperoni flavor.  For more meat flavor more pepperoni can be mixed in or served on the side.

Crumbled bacon would be another great mix in as a substitution for pepperoni.

Crock Pot White Pizza Dip

This white pizza dip recipe is also easy to make in a crock pot.  Stir all of the ingredients together instead of sprinkling a portion of the mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook on high for about an hour or on low for about two hours.  Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Turn to keep warm once the cheeses are all melted and continue to stir occasionally while serving.

Using a smaller 3 or 4 quart slow cooker makes dipping much easier! Know that cooking times can vary based on your appliance and other factors.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Green pepper

How to Make White Pizza Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F and locate a 9 x 9″ or slightly smaller baking dish.

In a medium sized bowl mix together ricotta cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and green pepper. Mix until combined.

Pepperoni can be sprinkled on top if preferred. Mixing it in creates a pizza dip that is white on top with red speckles. Sprinkling pepperoni on top makes the pepperoni look more prominent. Some Italian seasoning can be sprinkled on top too.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the dip is warmed through and lightly browned.

White pizza dip tastes great served warm with tortilla strips or chips, crackers or these garlic knots.
