White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars taste like a white chocolate peanut butter cup.  This is one of the BEST no-bake dessert recipes that only has 6 ingredients and can be made in 10 minutes at home.

A sweet, crunchy peanut butter and graham cracker base topped with melted white chocolate is simply irresistible!

White Chocolate & Peanut Butter

Our family enjoys a quick and easy dessert.  Special occasions like a birthday, potluck, family party or pitch-in are fun times to share a unique treat with family and friends.

This recipe was inspired by our Easy Buckeye Bars that are wildly popular on Pinterest.

We also enjoy delivering these dessert bars to friends as thank you gifts during the holidays.  The white chocolate and peanut butter bars can be cut to any size and fit perfectly into a cookie tray.

If you love making easy homemade desserts you’ll also love these Almond Bark Specials,  Crock Pot Peanut Clusters and Chocolate Dessert Pizza.  This recipe is easier than making peanut butter balls and dipping them in white chocolate.

The six ingredients in this recipe are crunchy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners sugar, melted butter, white chocolate chips and vegetable oil.  We usually have all of these in the pantry, so this dessert is easy to whip up last minute.

Copycat White Reeses’ Peanut Butter Candy

We are always testing new dessert recipes that taste like name-brand candy.  These peanut butter bars topped with melted white chocolate taste very similar to Reese’s white chocolate peanut butter cups.

A few other candy recipes that we love making are Pay Day Crunch, O’Henry Bars, Heath Bar Cake, Milky Way Cake and 3 Musketeers Cake.

Spreading a layer of crunchy peanut butter layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan and pouring a bag of melted white chocolate chips across the top is so simple.  This make at home candy certainly tastes more complex than a recipe with two steps.

Tips for Making Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Bars

  • Creamy peanut butter can easily be substituted for creamy if desired
  • I prefer to purchase graham cracker crumbs for this recipe as opposed to making crumbs from graham crackers as the fine crumbs blend best with the other flavors
  • Use your favorite method to melt chocolate, I like to melt chocolate in the microwave and stir every :15 to :30 seconds
  • Stir chocolate often during the melting process and avoid over cooking
  • Use 1 tablespoon of oil per cup of chocolate chips
  • Let chocolate set up for at least a couple hours of the bars will be really gooey.  They still taste great when really gooey, but are fairly messy to eat.
  • Be careful if covering with plastic wrap while chocolate is still soft because the plastic may settle on and stick to the sticky chocolate
  • Once the chocolate is set it may crack easily when cutting
  • Holding a serrated knife perpendicular to the chocolate as I cut works better than holding the knife horizontal to the chocolate.
  • Candy can easily be cut in various sized pieces from bite size to a bit larger squares
  • Store in an airtight container on the counter and enjoy for 3 – 5 days
