No-Bake Cookies Without Cocoa

Creamy peanut butter lovers cannot stop eating these No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies.  Drop cookies are one of the first cookies that I learned how to make.  There are only 6 ingredients and the oven isn’t needed.

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop cookies of your preferred size.  The cookies will quickly set up on the countertop, but I recall placing them in the refrigerator to help harden while growing up.  I think using the refrigerator may have been more out of habit than necessity, but when you want a cookie and don’t want to burn your tongue you get creative!

These peanut butter no-bake cookies without cocoa are a classic recipe that my family has made for generations!  My mom always adds cocoa to make them chocolate, but we love making them without cocoa and amping up the peanut butter for a great no-bake cookie..

When I need cookies to take to a family gathering or potluck, cookies to celebrate my husband coming home from the hospital or cookies to celebrate kids coming home from school, Almond Bark Specials or these peanut butter cookies are my go-to recipe.

We had a pretty good scare last week, something was wrong with my husband.  He finally went to get it checked out and they found an unprovoked blood clot in his lung.  A healthy man with an active, healthy lifestyle, scary stuff!  Thank God it was caught in time and he will be able to regain his lung function over time.
