Ingredients Needed
- Spaghetti Noodles – use 12 ounces or 3/4 or a 16 ounce box
- Butter – prevents the noodles from sticking together
- Ground Beef – we like 85% lean
- Onion
- Cream Cheese
- Taco Seasoning
- Fire Roasted Tomatoes – canned, petite tomatoes work best, fire roasted adds a little extra flavor
- Sour Cream
- Mexican Blend Cheese

Step By Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the directed time on the box. Once soft, strain, and return the noodles to the pan and stir in butter.
- In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef and then drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onions, and cook until tender. Stir often.
- Stir in cream cheese.

- Pour the undrained can of tomatoes into the beef mixture, and sprinkle in the packet of taco seasoning. Stir well, until everything is evenly combined.

- Stir in sour cream.
- Add the buttered pasta to the beef mixture. Be sure to fully coat the pasta with the beef mixture.

- Pour everything into a 9×13” pan, greased or coated with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top, then bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the casserole is warm through the middle.

Stir cooked spaghetti into the meaty taco seasoned sauce in a deep skillet. When the cheese is melted and the everything is warmed through serve and enjoy!
