Asian Pork Tenderloin
Juicy, tender, and full of flavor, this Grilled Asian Pork Tenderloin cooks in under 30 minutes with the help of a quick, easy marinade.

Why This Asian Pork Tenderloin Recipe Works:
- As tender as a filet mignon, but much more affordable, this grilled Asian Pork Tenderloin is one of my go-to recipes when I want to make a premium meal for my family.
- With the tenderloin soaking in its flavorful Asian marinade overnight, the work’s nearly done at mealtime – just grill and enjoy!
- Serve with Grilled Pineapple chunks on a skewer or rings with grill marks on each side for a bright, flavorful accent.
- When pork is on sale buy two packs to make a double batch because this marinated tenderloin freezes and reheats really well.

Our Favorite Grilled Pork Tenderloin
The key to success when cooking pork is using a digital meat thermometer. A whole muscle cut of pork is safe to eat when cooked to 140℉, removed from the heat and allowed to rest for 5 to 10 minutes until it reaches a finished internal temperature of 145℉.
After years of learning all the ins and outs of the other white meat, we’ve become big fans of properly cooked pork! Whether it’s Roasted Pork Loin Roast or Oven Baked Pork Chops, we’ve learned how to keep pork tender and let the meat’s natural flavor shine.

This budget friendly recipe feels like fine dining!
Simple Ingredients Needed:
- Pork Tenderloins – a two pack usually weighs 2.5 to 4 pounds.
- Asian Marinade – Soy sauce, pineapple juice, fresh garlic, minced ginger (using a bottle or jar near the minced garlic is a great timesaver), cumin, chili powder, kosher salt, and pepper.

Asian Marinade For Pork Tenderloin
Measure out the spices. Add pineapple juice and soy sauce and stir well!

Trim the thin layer of white fat, or silver skin, from the tenderloins.
Place in a gallon sized self-sealing bag and pour over two pork tenderloins.

Seal and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Rotate once for maximum marinade coverage.
Step By Step Grilling Instructions
Preheat the grill to high heat. Clean the grates well. We like to put some oil on a paper towel and use tongs to coat the grates to prevent sticking.
Turn heat to medium high and lay tenderloins across the grill. The meat should sear and form grill marks almost immediately on hot grates.
Grill for ten minutes and use clean tongs to flip over.
Grill an additional 5 to 10 minutes until all sides have a finished look. If the outside looks finished, but the center is not done wrap in foil to continue grilling without burning.

Check the temperature in the center of the thickest part – when it has reached 140℉ remove from the heat. Let rest for at least 5 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ when it is safe to slice and eat.

Oven Baked Version
Place marinated tenderloins in a 9 x 13″ baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 375℉. Roast uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes.
When the center of the pork tenderloin has reached 140℉ remove from the heat and let rest 10 minutes until it reaches a finished internal temperature of 145℉.
