Instructions
In a small bowl stir together marinade ingredients.
6 ounces pineapple juice,
3 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoons garlic,
2 tablespoons fresh ginger ,
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt,
1 teaspoon cumin,
1 teaspoon chili powder,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Trim outer layer of fat from tenderloins and place in a self sealing bag. Pour marinade over the pork. Seal and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
2 pork tenderloins
Rotate tenderloins a couple times to ensure the marinade coats all sides.
Preheat grill to medium high heat and use a paper towel to apply oil to clean grates.
Grill for about 10 minutes per side for a total of 20 minutes until a digital meat thermometer reads 145℉.
If the pork has a finished look on the outside, but isn't cooked through wrap in foil to prevent burning.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with grill cubes of pineapple
