What I Love:

  • A cross between our favorite summer drink and a rich ice cream cone, our frozen lemonade pie is cool and refreshing.
  • It’s so easy to vary the flavors by using a can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate or the traditional frozen lemonade.

  • Graham Cracker Crust – a purchased 9″ crust is a timesaver!
  • Lemon Juice – use fresh lemon juice for a smooth, natural flavor.
  • Frozen Lemonade – use a small can or half of a large can.
  • Whipped Topping – Cool Whip is the most common brand, but store brand works fine in this mixture.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – The old church cookbooks use a full can, but we could use half a can per pie and be happy. This depends on how sweet you expect the pie to be!
