Ingredients Needed

  • Hawaiian Rolls – We enjoy the Aunt Millie’s brand Hawaiian rolls that are 1.5 ounces each instead of the smaller 1 ounce Kings Hawaiian or store brands.
  • Italian Cheese – the blend of white cheeses if our favorite, but mozzarella works fine too.
  • Pepperonis – medium sized about 1″ in diameter works best to fit in the rolls.
  • Butter – real dairy butter has the most flavor.
  • Parmesan Cheese – grated adds a wonderful dynamic when spread across the top in the glaze.
  • Garlic Powder – easiest option, fresh minced garlic is great too.
  • Italian Seasoning – a mixture of herbs to speckle the top of the rolls and enhance the spices in the pepperonis.
  • Kosher Salt – optional
