Pepperoni Stuffed Hawaiian Rolls

Soft Hawaiian rolls are stuffed with pepperoni and cheese, coated with a layer of melted butter with garlic and Parmesan cheese then baked to warm golden brown perfection!

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 48 small pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian blend cheese

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Set Hawaiian rolls on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Use a knife to cut two slits across the top of each roll. There will be 6 long slits across the entire pack of unseparated rolls.
  • Stuff 4 pepperoni in each roll. Then stuff shredded cheese in the rolls.

Topping

  • Melt butter and stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt. Pour over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls start to brown. Serve warm!
