We recently made three pasta salads for a banquet and fundraiser. Guests had the option of this Italian Pasta Salad with plenty of salami (my husband’s favorite), Pizza Pasta Salad (my favorite), and a simple Shell Pasta Salad.

This recipe was highly complimented and went very quickly. With a colorful visual appeal and plenty of salami, pepperoni and cheese people are drawn to this recipe.

The banquet menu featured Pulled Pork in a Roaster, Corn for a Crowd, a variety of pasta salads that all had Italian dressing and slider rolls. These simple recipes were easy for me to prepare myself for a crowd of over 100 people.
