Velveeta Cheeseburger Dip

Familiar flavors of a cheeseburger blend beautifully in this dip that melts Velveeta cheese with ground beef, salsa, and cream of onion soup in a slow cooker. Our Cheeseburger Dip tastes like chips and cheese with that super creamy liquid gold flavor from the Velveeta!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 24 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of onion soup
  • 16 ounce jar salsa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger and drain.
  • Add chopped onion, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook until the onion is tender.
  • Add all ingredients to a medium sized - 3 to 4 quart - crock pot coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook on high about 2 hours or on low about 3 hours until the cheese melts. Stir well and serve.
