3 wraps we prefer 8" whole grain 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 pound oven roasted turkey sliced medium thickness 6 ounces Havarti cheese 1/2 cup tomatoes sliced thin and cut in strips 9 thin slices of bacon 3/4 cup romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on each wrap.
Add 2 large slices of turkey and 2 to 3 slices of cheese to each wrap.
Add slices of bacon and slices of tomato.
Sprinkle lettuce evenly over the top. Roll tortilla so that bacon stays horizontal with the direction you are rolling.
Use a toothpick to hold closed and slice into desired lengths. Enjoy!
Using precooked bacon saves time and provides thinner slicers
Precooked bacon crumbles can work well in a wrap, but will fall out of a sandwich easier
Thin slices of tomato allow more flavors to meld together in each bite
Thin slices of avocado may be added as well, but avocado will begin to brown after a couple hours which can make prepping ahead a bit more difficult
Use bacon mayo to enhance the meat flavors or dill mayo to feature the tomato flavor in the wrap.
Add another slice of turkey to the top before rolling up to add more protein to the meal
