A creamy white sauce coats seasoned chicken on a generous bed of rice to create our wonderful Chicken And Rice recipe.

Chicken 3  pounds  chicken breasts 1  tablespoons  olive oil 1  teaspoon  paprika 2  teaspoons  garlic powder 2  teaspoons  seasoned salt Rice 1  tablespoon  olive oil 1/2  tablespoon  minced garlic 1  teaspoon  sea salt 1/2  teaspoon  black pepper 2  cups  rice  uncooked 2  tablespoons  chicken bouillon 3  cups  water Creamy Sauce 2  tablespoons  butter 2  teaspoons  minced garlic 1 1/2  cups  heavy whipping cream 1/4  cup  Parmesan cheese 1/2  teaspoon  cajun seasoning 1/2  teaspoon  Italian seasoning 1/2  teaspoon   onion powder  
Chicken Add olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat. 
1 tablespoons olive oil 
Cut chicken breasts into evenly sized halves or thirds and cover with seasonings. Toss to coat evenly. 
3 pounds chicken breasts,  1 teaspoon paprika,  2 teaspoons garlic powder,  2 teaspoons seasoned salt 
Cook chicken in a single layer in the skillet in one or two batches. Cover and flip a few times until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165℉. Remove from skillet and set aside. 
Rice In a stock pot or dutch oven over medium high heat add olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. 
1 tablespoon olive oil,  1/2 tablespoon minced garlic,  1 teaspoon sea salt,  1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
Pour in uncooked rice and season with chicken bouillon. Then add water and stir well. 
2 cups rice,  2 tablespoons chicken bouillon,  3 cups water 
Creamy Sauce Using the skillet the chicken was cooked in add butter. Begin to melt and stir in minced garlic. 
2 tablespoons butter,  2 teaspoons minced garlic 
Add heavy whipping cream and stir until cream begins to boil.  
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 
Add Parmesan cheese, cajun and Italian seasonings and onion powder. 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,  1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning,  1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning,  1/2 teaspoon  onion powder 
Cut cooked chicken into bite sized pieces and stir into the creamy sauce. Cover until warmed through. 
Serve saucy chicken over rice and enjoy!
