Ingredients
2tablespoonsbutter
1/2cuponionchopped
10 1/2ounce cancream of onion soup
1cupsour cream
8ounceswide egg noodlescooked and drained
2cupsSwiss cheeseshredded
2cupshamcubed
Instructions
Cook noodles according to the directions on the package, drain and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to prevent sticking together if wait will be long.

In a deep skillet melt butter and sauté onion.
2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup onion
Remove from heat and stir in soup and sour cream.
10 1/2 ounce can cream of onion soup, 1 cup sour cream
Butter a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Layer half of noodles, half of the soup mixture, half of the cheese and half of the ham.
2 cups Swiss cheese, 2 cups ham
Layer remaining noodles and creamy mixture. Finish with cheese and ham on top.
Cover and bake in an oven preheated to 350℉ for 25 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through. Serve warm and enjoy!
