Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls
1canjumbo cinnamon rolls
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
1/4cupbutter
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1cupstrawberriesdiced
Icing
1/4cup powdered sugar
1tablespoonmilk
1packetprepared icing
Instructions
Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly coat a square 8 x 8" baking dish with non-stick spray. Place cinnamon rolls equally spaced in the bottom of the dish.
1 can jumbo cinnamon rolls
Pour heaving whipping cream over the rolls.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
In a small mixing bowl melt butter and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly over the rolls.
1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Carefully spoon diced strawberries over top of unbaked rolls.
1 cup strawberries
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until rolls are no longer gooey in the center and baked through.
Icing
After rolls are baked mix together powdered sugar, butter, and milk. Stir in packet of prepared icing from the tube of rolls. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if necessary to reach desired consistency.
