Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

A combination of basic ingredients that are always popular, Spaghetti Pizza is one of our all-time favorite family meals!

Ingredients

Spaghetti Crust

  • 1 pound spaghetti cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pizza Topping

  • 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano optional
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 ounces sliced pepperoni

Instructions

Spaghetti Crust

  • Mix eggs, milk, 1 c. mozzarella, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add mixture to the spaghetti mix well.
  • Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Pizza Topping

  • Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano. Spread evenly over baked spaghetti.
  • Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Add pepperoni in an even layer on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes in a 350°F oven and let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
