6poundsground beef
5onionsfinely chopped
276ouncestomato juice
48ouncespasta sauce
1/4cupkosher salt
2tablespoonsblack pepper
1/4cupgarlic powder
2tablespoonsdry mustard
56ouncesdry spaghetti3.5 boxes
Instructions
Cook and drain ground meat in batches.

Saute onion in the skillet until translucent.

Generously coat roaster pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add tomato juice and pasta sauce to the roaster. Set to 300℉.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and dry mustard over the liquid. Stir well.

Add cooked meat and onions and stir again. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
Break spaghetti into pieces over top of the sauce and stir well. Cook for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
