1poundground beefdivided in 6 patties
3teaspoonsburger seasoningor salt, pepper and granulated garlic
Instructions
Preheat electric smoker to 275℉.
Lay a piece of non-stick foil on the smoker and arrange burgers on top with an inch of space between patties. Add 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning to each patty.
1 pound ground beef, 3 teaspoons burger seasoning
Insert a probe in the side of each burger to the center. Close the lid and cook until ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160℉.
Top with a slice of cheese if desired. Serve immediately with lettuce, tomato, onions.
