Slow Cooker Sausage and Potatoes
Very little effort is necessary to make fork tender Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans with light seasonings in a slow cooker.

- 1 pound Smoked Sausage
- 4 medium Yukon gold potatoes
- 12 ounces green beans trimmed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Chop potatoes into roughly 1" to 1 1/2" chunks and add to a lightly greased slow cooker.

Pour chicken broth in the crock and sprinkle garlic over the potatoes.

Lay green beans over the potatoes. Then season with salt and pepper.

Cut the smoked sausage into 3 to 4" chunks and lay on top. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are fork tender and cooked through.
