1 - 2 pound round steak 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoons minced onion Gravy 10.5 ounce can tomato soup 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 3/4 tablespoon Italian seasoning mix .87 ounce packet brown gravy mix
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a small mixing bowl stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion and spread over the steak, rub in with your fingers.

Gravy In the same bowl whisk together tomato soup, mushroom soup, water, Italian seasoning and brown gravy mix.
10.5 ounce can tomato soup, 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup water, 3/4 tablespoon Italian seasoning mix, .87 ounce packet brown gravy mix
Pour over steak, cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until steak is fork tender.
