Ingredients
12packHawaiian slider rolls
12ouncesroast beef deli meat
12slicesprovolone cheese
2tablespoonsbutter
1cuponionchopped
1teaspoonminced garlic
1/3cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonhorseradish
Slider Glaze
5tablespoonsbuttermelted
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
Instructions
Sauté onions in 2 tablespoons of melted butter or oil in a skillet, add garlic for the last couple minutes and stir well.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Use a long bread knife to slice slider rolls in half. Place sliders on a baking sheet covered with a non-stick liner or foil lined 9 x 13 dish.
Mix mayo and horseradish and spread sauce over bottom half of rolls.
Layer half of meat, then half of cheese on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls, repeat meat and cheese layers.
Spread warm onions and garlic over the top layer of cheese and place top half of rolls on to make a sandwich.
Slider Glaze
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds. Slowly pour over the top or use a basting brush to spread evenly over top of sliders.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until sliders are warmed through and cheese is melted.
