2poundshamburger

Brown in a Skillet
1/2cupflour
1teaspoonsalt

10.5ounce cancream of mushroom soup
2tablespoonswater

Coat a 10 x 15" or slightly smaller rimmed baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, seasoned salt and milk. Mix well.
2 pounds hamburger, 1 cup onion, 2/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
Press onto the baking sheet and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Brown in a Skillet
Cut hamburger mixture into squares.
Mix together flour, salt, and pepper. Coat each side
1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Warm a skillet to medium-high heat. Add a pat of butter as you brown each side of each meat patty in batches.

After browning arrange in a clean 9 x 13" baking dish.
Gravy
Mix together cream of mushroom soup and water. Pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 350℉ for 1 hour or until meat reaches a safe internal temperature of 160℉.
