Pepperoni Pizza Dip

A blend of cream cheese, red sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella bake together in a pie pan make a pepperoni pizza dip that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced white bottoms and green tops
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Veggies for dipping

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, oregano and garlic powder with electric mixer until well blended.  Spread on bottom of 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Spread pizza sauce over top.
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • Sprinkle with green pepper, green onion and pepperoni.
    1/4 cup green bell pepper, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes until mixture is heated through.
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Serve with sweet pepper strips, broccoli (our favorite) and pita chips or crackers to dip.
