No-Bake Nutty Buddy Pie

A rich cream cheese and peanut butter pudding filling surrounded by Nutty Buddy Bars makes this pie special and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Nutty Buddy bars 2 boxes
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Unwrap 5 packs (10 bars) Nutty Buddy bars. Place in a large self sealing bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Pour crumbs into a medium mixing bowl. Add melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 1/2 inch spring form pan in an even layer.
  • Carefully cut remaining Nutty Buddy bars in half. Arrange in a ring along the inside of the spring form pan. Put cut side down and bottom side of bars in.
  • In a large mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and mix well.
  • Add milk, heavy cream and peanut butter and mix well.
  • Add instant vanilla pudding mix and mix well.
  • Pour into spring form pan and refrigerate 4 - 6 hours until set.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and chopped mini Reeses cups if desired.
