Kielbasa In The Oven

Cooking Kielbasa in the oven with roasted potatoes uses hearty ingredients to create a simple meal that takes very little effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Kielbasa Smoked Sausage
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Cut potatoes into chunks or cubes that are about half of a bite sized piece and rinse under cold water.
  • Toss potatoes in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and toss again.
  • Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • Cut broccoli into smaller than bite sized pieces. Slice Kielbasa into 1" to 2" thick coins.
  • Stir the potatoes and arrange broccoli on the baking sheet. Bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Stir the potatoes and broccoli again and push together to make room for the Kielbasa. Bake for 10 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through and tender.
