Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 16 ounces chicken broth
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Cook and drain ground beef.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a large pot and cook over medium or medium low heat for 20 - 30 minutes until peppers and onions are softened and tomato sauce is allowed to simmer.
