Farmhouse Blueberry Crisp
Sweet blueberries are topped with an oatmeal mixture and baked to make a super easy Farmhouse Blueberry Crisp recipe.

Blueberry Base
- 6 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 tablespoons flour
Oatmeal Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoons cold butter
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine blueberry base ingredients - 6 cups fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 tablespoons flour. Gently stir.
Pour in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
Combine 3 tablespoons flour1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup light brown sugar, 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add chopped up 10 tablespoons cold butter and put in a food processor. Pulse the food processor in 2-3 second intervals until the mixture is clumpy.
Spread oatmeal mixture evenly over the blueberries. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
