- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar.
1/2 cup butter, 1 cup granulated sugar
Mix in egg and applesauce.
1 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 egg
In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients except for raisins and nuts. Mix well.
2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add raisins and nuts and mix lightly.
1 cup raisins, 1 cup chopped nuts
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Refrigerate any extra cookies.
