- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350℉ and coat a 9 x 13" pan OR 3 - 8" round pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend box of cake mix and small box of instant vanilla pudding.

Add eggs, water and vegetable oil. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
4 eggs, 1 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Add coconut and chopped walnuts and mix by hand.
2 cups coconut, 1 cup chopped walnuts
Pour into pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
