Dried Beef Roll-Ups
Whether you add a baby dill pickle or not, these Dried Beef Roll-Ups with cream cheese are easy and delicious! This recipe creates a great low-carb and keto snack or appetizer!

4.5 ounce jar dried beef 4 ounces cream cheese softened Optional Additions 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish 3 green onions sliced baby dill pickles
Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese evenly on each slice of beef. Add horseradish if using. Spread cream cheese mixture to the edge of the meat.
Sprinkle green onions in a row down the center or add a baby dill pickle to the center of the meat if using.
Roll-up or fold each piece with the cream cheese inside. Roll should stick with cream cheese, but securing with a decorative toothpick is optional.
