1cupshorteningbutter flavored
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonsea salt
2cupsold fashioned oats
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
10ouncebag dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
In a separate bowl stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add to creamed mixture and stir well.
Add oatmeal and stir. Then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
