Crock Pot Pork Chops with Gravy

A simple brown gravy coats tender Crock Pot Pork Chops to make an easy family meal that fits into a busy schedule.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds pork chops
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.41 ounce packet pork gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese optional

Instructions

  • Grease or line a crock pot. Lay pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • In a small bowl mix together undiluted cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, milk and melted butter. Pour over the top of the pork chops.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes or slices. Lay over top of chops.
  • Cover crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or on high for 2 - 3 hours until pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F and are fork tender.
