2.5poundspork chops
10.5ounce cancream of mushroom soup
1.41ounce packetpork gravy mix
1/4cupmilk
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
4ouncescream cheeseoptional
Instructions
Grease or line a crock pot. Lay pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a small bowl mix together undiluted cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, milk and melted butter. Pour over the top of the pork chops.
Cut cream cheese into cubes or slices. Lay over top of chops.
Cover crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or on high for 2 - 3 hours until pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F and are fork tender.
