Ingredients

  • 2 8 ounce tubes Crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1.25 ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Garnishes

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 ounces tomato chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado optional

Instructions

  • Separate cold crescent dough into triangles and lay in a circle with the wide end of the triangles overlapping slightly to form a small circle in the center of a round pizza pan. The pointed ends will face out.
  • Brown ground beef and drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water. Stir until combined and water is cooked off.
  • Sprinkle meat in a thick, even circle on the wide end of the crescent dough triangles.
  • Cover with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Take each point of crescent dough and wrap the meat. Tuck the point under the other side of the dough in the center to form a nice ring.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 350℉ for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and garnishes in the center of the ring. Enjoy!
