28 ounce tubesCrescent roll dough
1poundground beef
1/3cup water
1.25ounce packettaco seasoning
1 1/2cupssharp cheddar cheese
Garnishes
1cupshredded lettuce
4ouncestomatochopped
3green onionschopped
1/4cupolivessliced or chopped
1/2cupsour cream
1avocadooptional
Instructions
Separate cold crescent dough into triangles and lay in a circle with the wide end of the triangles overlapping slightly to form a small circle in the center of a round pizza pan. The pointed ends will face out.
Brown ground beef and drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water. Stir until combined and water is cooked off.
Sprinkle meat in a thick, even circle on the wide end of the crescent dough triangles.
Cover with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Take each point of crescent dough and wrap the meat. Tuck the point under the other side of the dough in the center to form a nice ring.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350℉ for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and garnishes in the center of the ring. Enjoy!
