Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Kielbasa
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • black pepper to taste, optional
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta or bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli cooked

Instructions

  • In a deep skillet over medium heat melt 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter and lightly brown the sliced Kielbasa. Set aside.

  • Turn to low heat and melt butter. Add cubes of cream cheese and stir until nearly melted.

  • Add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, black pepper
  • Cook fettuccine until tender in salted water according to the directions on the package. Drain well and stir into sauce.
    12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Return Kielbasa Sausage to the skillet and cooked broccoli. Stir gently until mixed well. Serve immediately and enjoy!
