Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Using a blender mix cottage cheese, syrup and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour liquid mixture into a medium sized mixing bowl, add flour and protein powder. Stir well.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix well. Sprinkle a few on top.
  • Chill and enjoy!

Notes

  • Maple syrup can be substituted for honey or artificial sweetener also works.
