Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub

Delicious and super easy to make, this Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub makes a nice meal in a hurry!  Chicken, bacon, cheese and ranch dressing slathered over a loaf of cheesy bread or garlic toast is irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 2 foot long sub buns
  • 8 ounces sliced chicken
  • 4 ounces bacon 8 pre-cooked strips
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 head Boston lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.  Open up sub buns on a baking sheet and coat with ranch dressing on all open sides.
  • Spread the chicken out evenly over the bottom bread. 
  • Then layer cheese and bacon on top of the chicken.
  • Bake 10 - 15 minutes until the ingredients are all warm and cheese is melted.
  • Add lettuce and tomato to the sub, close and serve.
