Ingredients

Salad

  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw
  • 5 - 7 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 seasoning packets from ramen

Instructions

Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl stir together broccoli slaw and green onions.
    12 ounces broccoli slaw, 5 - 7 green onions
  • Partially crush dry ramen noodles and set aside seasoning packets for the dressing.
    6 ounces ramen noodles
  • Reserving a small amount of each topping for the garnish mix the majority of the seeds, almonds and noodles into the salad.
    1 cup sliced almonds, 1 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • Mix dressing ingredients well and refrigerate. Stir into salad within 30 minutes of serving.
    3/4 cup canola oil, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 2 seasoning packets
  • Garnish with remaining toppings and serve chilled.
