5 - 7green onionssliced
1cupsliced almonds
1cupsunflower seeds
6ouncesramen noodles
Dressing
3/4cupcanola oil
1/3cupapple cider vinegar
1/3cupgranulated sugar
2seasoning packetsfrom ramen
Instructions
Salad
In a large mixing bowl stir together broccoli slaw and green onions.
12 ounces broccoli slaw, 5 - 7 green onions
Partially crush dry ramen noodles and set aside seasoning packets for the dressing.
6 ounces ramen noodles
Reserving a small amount of each topping for the garnish mix the majority of the seeds, almonds and noodles into the salad.
1 cup sliced almonds, 1 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing
Mix dressing ingredients well and refrigerate. Stir into salad within 30 minutes of serving.
3/4 cup canola oil, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 2 seasoning packets
Garnish with remaining toppings and serve chilled.
