Bacon Quesadilla

Warm bacon and melted cheese between layers of a golden brown tortilla makes this Bacon Quesadilla an easy meal or snack to crave!

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or butter
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices colby jack cheese
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

Instructions

  • If desired spread butter over one side of each tortilla.
  • Turn stovetop on medium high heat.  Lay the flour tortilla out flat in the skillet with buttered side down.  Cover each half with a different type of cheese.  
  • Once the cheese starts to melt add cooked bacon and spinach, then fold in half. Another minute or two on medium heat and the cheesy, bacon treat is ready!
