Bacon and Cheese Loaded French Fries

Crispy French Fries topped with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese with bacon bits and green onions are a perfect easy appetizer or side dish for a party or regular family meal.
Our Loaded Fries recipe is so easy that my kids enjoy making them! With a few minutes of prep they're ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Shoestring French Fries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Set air fryer toaster oven to air fry and 400°F. Place a single layer of French fries in air fryer basket.
    14 ounces Shoestring French Fries
  • Air fry for 12 - 14 minutes until fries reach desired crispiness. Shake the basket 2 or 3 times during frying.
  • Pile fries in center of basket and cover with freshly shredded cheese and bacon bits. Return to air fryer for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
    1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • Sprinkle green onions on top and serve with sour cream for dipping.
