Fresh broccoli is stir fried with garlic and ginger then glazed in soy sauce for a bold, balanced side dish that pairs with almost anything.

6 cups broccoli chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons fresh ginger chopped 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Rinse and prepare broccoli by chopping into small, bite sized pieces.

Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat and saute garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger and stir.

Add broccoli and stir occasionally until the vegetable is crisp, yet also tender. If the skillet gets dry you may need to add another 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil.

Add soy sauce, stir well and remove from the heat as soon as the sauce simmers. Stir again and serve immediately.
