2 medium sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2" to 3/4" cubes.
In a mixing bowl toss potato cubes with oil and other seasonings (not salt).
Spread out evenly on an air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 - 7 minutes at 350°F.
Shake the tray and air fry for an additional 5 minutes until potatoes are lightly browned on the outside and tender inside.
Season with salt and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve warm and enjoy!
