Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry yogurt we like Yoplait smooth style
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  • Place all Yogurt Dressing ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve over salad and store extra in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • We like plain grilled chicken the best
  • The smaller the bite-sized pieces of chicken and lettuce the easier this salad is to eat
  • The yogurt salad dressing tastes great for 1-3 days when stored in the refrigerator
  • Store ingredients in separate containers in the refrigerator and mix together when ready to enjoy
  • Adding blueberries to the salad tastes great too
  • Leeks can be easily substituted for green onions
  • Plain yogurt can be substituted for strawberry yogurt, it just won't be as sweet
