3/4cupred onionchoppped
2teaspoonsminced garlic

30ounceswhite beans - cannellini or great northerndrained and rinsed

Instructions
Add oil to a skillet set to medium high heat. Once oil is glistening and hot add slices of sausage to the skillet. Flip often until cut edges are lightly browned. Then set aside on a plate.
