Ingredients

  • 1 pound shell pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper optional

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions, drain and return to warm pan.
  • Stir butter into pasta.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Turn heat to medium low and stir well until cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
