- 1 pound shell pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper optional
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions, drain and return to warm pan.
Stir butter into pasta.
Add remaining ingredients. Turn heat to medium low and stir well until cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
