Stove Top Little Smokies
Sweet and fruity these little smoky sausages can be made very quickly on the stove top in a simple jelly and cranberry sauce.

- 28 ounces Cocktail sausages
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
In a medium to large skillet or a 3 to 4 quart sauce pan add little smokies.
Stir together cornstarch and jam and pour over the meat.
Add can of cranberry sauce and mix well.
Set to medium high heat and heat to a boil stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausage are hot.
Turn skillet to low or pour in a crock pot to keep warm.
Sprinkle with slices of green onion before serving.
