Spaghetti Pie
A spin on traditional baked pasta, the cheesy and meaty layers make Spaghetti Pie, our neighbor’s favorite meal!

- 4 ounces spaghetti measure uncooked
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in butter.
4 ounces spaghetti, 1 tablespoon butter
Then add 1 egg and parmesan cheese. Stir and pour in the bottom of a lightly greased 9" pie plate.

Combine cottage cheese and other egg, spread over crust.

Cook meat and drain.
1/2 pound lean ground beef
Add onion, sauce and green pepper or mushrooms (if using) to skillet and simmer. Spoon into pan.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes, add mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
